+25 Internets | Hosting Options? I was wondering what options there are for potential project hosting? Basically want a nice front end to display to customers, with things like forums, blogs, easy to update. Nice back end would be good for file hosting, svn, patch server, email lists, etc. something to handle beta testing, feedback, etc would also be good. I know most of this can be setup in a website, but would rather not waste the time to set it up if there's an option out there already. Possibly sourceforge.net might be an option? never really used it from a developer perspective, but never seen something with a pretty front end either so not sure if it would be what I want. Alternatively can anyone one list some other things that you would all want and maybe we can make Req build a site that does it all! |

+24 Internets | I don't know if it's really what you're asking for but there is http://www.greatgamesexperiment.com/ - it's kind of a social networking site. I've never signed up personally, so I have no clue how good it is or what all you can do with it - might be worth a look anyway. |

+25 Internets | seems to be more of a networking site then a hosting option sadly. I think making my own site is looking like the only option. Wonder if google sites would suffice or if I should look at something better. |
