Another one that could use some photoshopping

It is currently green and silverish as you can see.
The goal would be to switch the greenish tint to a more reddish tint (think sandy/red argile), fit to a interior mine wall texture.

Should do nicely, thanks Silv !

Vat, yours could be useful too but could you make a version that retains the silverish parts, please ?

silver, what filters are you using to get that to happen? I'm still learning my editing skills.

I'm using GiMP first of all, and simply using Hue Saturation changes or Colorize. It works really well for simple things.

Ya, I use GiMP too, I'll have to mess around a bit more I guess.

Just right click on the image and go down to tools, then go to color tools and choose which you want to mess around with. Gives you a nice preview of your changes and everything.

How's this? I can make it a bit more reddish if you'd like.

What is hte min/max size textures you need?

I see allot of 128x128, but most games are using allot higher resolution textures so I'm wondering what min/max textures are going to be used (as I'd start with higher res then de-res them down to smaller textures).

128 and 256 by default for this engine. I could use much higher however it would create uncanny valley. We don't want eqish textures in one area and vanguard quality textures in another.

I made this texture in about 5min just to mess around. Looks like it would make for a good interior cave texture somewhere, let me know.

We decided to use this texture I'm putting up now. I think it's Vatoreus's texture. Anyhow we need this one edited for the floor. Anyone who wants to edit it take a go and post up your changes. We need the texture changed to slightly darker than it is now. It shouldn't be terribly dark but dark enough to know a difference. I would also like a second texture of the darker version as well. I'm thinking that shows some type of wear like you would find if orcs walked down a path. Maybe a few misc. boot footprints hardly visible, or maybe just bluring it a bit so it looks worn and walked on. Anyhow hopefully we'll see a few textures thrown up here. Lastly the texture MUST be able to be tiled. Thanks

Quick gimp job (only got my laptop here at work, would have better use of texture tools on my home machine).

Is that along the lines of what you are looking for?

Darkened it up a bit, gonna need someone else do the foot print stuff, as I'm not so good with that. i'll try and see if I can get some decent smudge work going to upload.
