Long live oGs-TL-eSahara-Razer! Wonder if the tag will be oGTLeSzR.

On a more serious note I heard oGs was in desperate need of money so hopefully this gives them some cash. It also means ForGG is on the same team as a Mid/Low Masters Zerg player because she has a pair of tits.
if you're talking about that reddit poster, i'm pretty sure he got some bad information.

what i find quite strange is the relative short average length of the games.
we do keep track of mas as well. although we don't have that many games (in nasl/esl), most our maps average at around 15-18 game minutes.

You have to multiply by 1.38, because that's real time, not game time. After that you end up with ~15 minute games which is fine.

Most the stats make sense. However I'm very surprised TvZ isn't more Zerg favored on MLG Metal. It is unfortunate I have to downvote the map because I simply cannot beat Zerg on that one. Same with Temple.

Antiga being Terran favored makes sense as well. Terran has the option of either attacking or rapidly going up to 3 bases. Protoss really can't see what they're doing so they have to play defensively on 2 bases while the Terran can simply outmacro.

It's 31,000 Playhem replays?

Isn't that tournament mostly full of bads and ladder cheese (comparatively, I mean...like way better than me but I'm not signing up for casted cash tournaments) until the later rounds? Like I've seen it a few times, the later rounds have known pro players or b-team guys from the legit teams...but something has to be the cause of the most popular Protoss opening appearing to be proxy 2gate.

Well, pick 2 out of these 3:

1)Highest possible level of play
2)Statistically significant amount of games
3)Short timeframe

Basically there's no real way to measure balance through stats only. It's like maps - you can have perfectly balanced map, but every single game on it is either 1/1/1, VR+3gate or some roach bling BS and the map STILL sucks. Look at dual sight or Crossfire for example, most pros agree that the map is terrible, yet it stays with us.

Playhem is great, I almost beat Axslav once

Yeah I'm not sure if Playhem is the best way to get a guage. It is better than nothing but half the games are GM's stomping Plats.

In theory those stomps should be balanced with each other and then the real games would tilt the scale

Also, been working on my storm micro for PvT

What's especially hilarious is that, assuming Protoss isn't using it against Zerg, proxy gating has over an 80% winrate. (the pylon, gateway, gateway, pylon build order)

I think it's pvp only, you are better of proxying just 1 gate and rushing stalkers in PvT

That build has a 62% overall win rate, for all matchups. Since it doesn't work on Zerg that means it's got to be even more effective on P and T.

Twitch TV » Blog Archive » GOMTV and TwitchTV Partner with the EWM

So basically it sounds like GOM and Twitch are putting on their own thing like the ESV weekly. More Korean games so I'm happy.

Ahah. From reddit; First we had the Infestor/scroll technique for spamming near instant IT's.

Then someone tried it with Ghost.

Requires: mouse with software to rebind leftclick to scroll up/down.
Too good. I like OP stuff
