The Vikings have Favre and AP and a very solid defense, but they are 'beatable'?

The Colts.. well Peyton Manning, what else needs be said? But they look beatable!

I dunno what NFL you are watching, but the unbeaten teams I see look like they should be.. well, unbeaten.
Kyle fucking Orton is their QB. Right now he is doing just enough not to lose. NE was their first challenge and they passed it, but do if I were a fan of any team with a legitimate shot at the playoffs do they scare me? Not in the slightest. NE left a lot of points on the field. Broncos D is not as stout as their numbers suggest.

The Saints have beaten the two teams starting rookie QBs, good rookie QBs, but rookie QBs nonetheless. A team (Philly) without their starting QB and a banged up Westbrook. And the Buffalo fucking Bills. Which of those wins is "oh fuck, they are not to be fucked with impressive"? If they beat the Giants next week they obviously move into the tier of teams that no one will want to face come playoff time. But are they there now based on their body of work? Nope.

Favre.

Look at the defenses Manning has looking impressive against. It comes down to body of work. Has he looked good against the Dolphins, Jags, Cards and Seahawks? Yes. Should he have? Duh?

Prep work, and a serious lack of ego. He knows what plays he and his offense is capable of, and rarely deviates from them.

If you have the game Tivoed go to the first touchdown Manning throws, in the huddle before he throws it, you see him explaining to the far right receiver to cut in left to make pick for Wayne.

I mean the dude is like his own coach on the field...it is amazing, he has like a Pentium chip brain that only processes football information. He is the best QB of our time, perhaps ever.

By that logic (and truthfully the right answer) no team looks 'unbeatable'. The only team to even approach that is the 07 Patriots.

Why do the Giants look unbeatable? Squeezing out a 2 point win over Dallas? Beating winless Tampa, the Raiders, the Chiefs or the Redskins?

Looking unbeatable is not something any team does except those once a decade runs that are just unexplainable.. 85 bears, 07 Patriots.. who else? Not many.

Looking like you should be unbeaten at this point isn't the same as looking like you will never be beaten.

P.S. Manning.. Colts. Yeah, just watch the football being played.

Dont get what the fans are booing about. That hit was a late shot, the guy throws his shoulder into him way after the ball is released. =/

I hate the diving at the legs shit though, the guy is moving towards the Qb and the O lineman pushes him downward....how the fuck is he supposed to do some Matrix shit and defy the laws of physics?

I've been passing in and out of conciousness all day, and 3 people have told me to go to the hospital already (thx Genj). Anyway, every time I wake up Manning is finishing off another TD drive. Brett Tebow be damned, Peyton is the motherfucking man.

Until you mentioned the teams, you could have just as easily have meant Eli Manning there instead of Peyton, and it would have held. David CARR played more than Eli did in this most recent game against the raiders and it was still domination. It's a dumb argument anyway, but 4/5 teams the giants beat are terrible also, so why even try to make the point?

Yeah I wish that got me bonus points or something, cause Ahmad Bradshaw completely wrecked my chances of winning in FF.

No, we're awful. We have a good offensive line, a good tailback, one good receiver, and every else is playing shitty or is hurt.
