+88 Internets | FoH Body Improvement Competition #3.5 - July 1st Thanks to Alcestis we have a website for this! Fires of Heaven - Body Competition 3.5. You know the rules. Post pictures at or before July 1st with your goals. There will be sections for: 1. Best Improvement 2. Most lost 3. "Best" Gained Deadline to post pics is July 1st, if you post them early like I will, post your end results early as well. The competition will end at the end of September. This really should be for anyone who works out regularly, you don't necessarily need to want to improve your body, because in the end we're all just gay for each other and want to see each other topless. Women are encouraged to participate. Now is your chance to get back at kegkilla, Etoille. Edit: Also, try to take as similar pre-pictures as you do post-pictures. We're not stupid and we all know you can cheat, but who gives a shit. None of this "Change the lighting, eat a pizza, stick my gut out and sag my biceps" kind of photography only to "Put the lighting from the bottom/top to show off my abs, cut 10lbs of water weight, suck in my gut and flex until my left nut pops" 3 months later. | Exactly what we need. It will be dead in the water in less than a month. The only thing that is more epic failure than these threads is EQ resurrection attempts via forum members. ![]() 17 threads later and exactly 1 person looks different from their original pictures. Oh well, bring on the lulz. |

+1 Internets | This is perfect timing. Just this weekend I decided to really try to get in shape. Maybe posting some pictures will give me that extra motivation to stick with it. I've been lifting somewhat regularly for the last 3ish months, but there were some breaks. Some due to injury while I was training for a half marathon, others just because I was lazy. I've definitely made some progress, I couldn't do a pull up when I started, now I can do 5-6. Over the weekend I did a lot of reading on bodybuilding.com, and I think skipping days at the gym wasn't my only problem. I was trying to lose weight while also gaining strength, and those don't really go hand in hand. I've decided to eat more (and healthier) and deal with excess weight in a few months when I've gotten my strength up. I've got a weird body, I'm very skinny with somewhat of a gut. I was always the skinny guy growing up, but then put on 45lbs my junior/senior year of college. I lost 25-30lbs about a year and a half ago, and put back on 10 of that in the last 5 months, now I'm about 185. Anyways, here are some pics from the beginning of March, and some from this weekend. Any advice is appreciated. |

+48 Internets | I'm in. Just renewed my gym membership and I'm going balls to the wall. Last summer I started and went hard from late june to mid-september. Gained a good 10 pounds and noticeable muscle mass, but then I just fizzled out for some reason. Things will be different this time. Current weight (empty stomach, no clothes): 150.2 (was definitely 157 three days ago... but OK) Target weight: 165-170 I'll post pics in a week. |

+22 Internets | Current weight 160, although I've put on about 20 lbs in the past 3 months so my gains are beginning to become diminishing. I'm hoping to hit somewhere between 170-180 by the end of summer. Sorry if pics suck. Was never an emo/cryspace self picture taker and my iphone is all i have. |
