I would enjoy baseball more with a salary cap, or my favorite team hiring a GM that knows how to hire pitchers.

I wish baseball had a salary cap too but it'll never happen.

As a lifelong Braves fan and a casual Rays fan since they came to be, I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's game.

Love the entire bullpen of the Red Sox (hate the team for the most part), they're loaded there.

AL East- Boston Red Sox
AL Central- Minnesota Twins
AL West- Anaheim Angels
AL Wild Card- New York Yankees

NL East- Philadelphia Phillies
NL Central- Chicago Cubs
NL West- Arizona Diamondbacks
NL Wild Card- New York Mets

WS: Red Sox over Mets

edit: added world series, changed central to Twins

You'll all laugh when KC takes the AL Central.

AL East-- Sox
AL Central-- Royals
AL West -- Angels
Wild Card -- Yanks

NL East-- Phillies
NL Central-- Cubs
NL West-- Dodgers
NL Wild Card -- Braves

W.S. Sox over Cubs

The central sucks this year to me, the Tigers or Indians on paper seem way better than either of them actually play. I wouldn't be shocked if the Royals competed at all.

edit: adding post season MVPs

NL MVP: Hanley Ramirez
NL Cy Young: Johan Santana
AL MVP: Miguel Cabrera
AL Cy Young: Felix Hernandez

Dodgers got a nice win on opening day. Really liked see'ing them get some runs of Peavy. He's a hell of a pitcher, i was expecting a loss.

nationals get off to an outstanding start once again... worst case scenario this season, we lose 100 again and don't sign strasburg. at least things have changed around here - with bowden still around, that would have been the best case!
