+4 Internets | Harry Kalas, Philadelphia Phillies broadcaster and NFL Films voice, dies at 73 in Washington - ESPN Really sad news. As a lifelong Phillies fan, Kalas has been the voice of the organization for my entire life, I honestly can't imagine watching a game without him calling it. From all accounts a hell of a human being too, he'll be missed. |

| Fuck the Giants bullpen for WALKING HOME THE WINNING RUN OMFG. Since my optimism at the 2-1 start, the Giants have dropped 5 straight. Such is the life of being a fan of the SF teams this decade. |

| Does anyone pay for the MLB.tv subscription thing? I'm up in Tyler atm and if the Rangers are on while the Astros would be playing FOXsw here broadcasts the Rangers games. Just wondering if anyone had used it, opinions etc. |

| I have MLB.tv Premium. It's great since I'm a Giants fan living in Texas, but if you're in Texas, you cannot watch the Astros or the Rangers on it, since those are considered "home market" teams. You can listen to the audio, though, and I believe you can watch the game after it ends when it's put up for archiving. |

+3 Internets | Marlins are 10-1 after back to back comebacks in the 9th. I actually feel a little bad for the Nats, but they make some terribad decisions every game. Two days ago for example; man on 2nd with no outs and a chance to win with a walkoff, and you don't bunt him over? Anyways, until they figure this simple shit out they are gonna stay as well.. the Nats. |

| Registered User | What an exciting first Sox/Yankees game! Not just because Boston won (although they did, so suck it, NY!) but thanks to lots of great plays, pitching and at bats on both sides; made it a real roller-coaster ride for sure. ![]()
