Nice to see we are finally getting some respect though (unless of course you're being sarcastic).

+58 Internets | Nope. I'm scared of Tech every year. I said the same thing about Houston's offense this year. You can't underestimate an offense like that, even if they play no D. Just look at this years Pats ![]() |

| I'm trying to keep expectations low this year. We lost a lot of players that made us contend last year. The obvious being Harrell and Crabtree, the not so obvious being Louis Vasquez on the O-Line(now a starter for the Chargers), Brandon Williams on the D-line (now on IR for the Cowboys) and Darcel McBath in the secondary (now backing up Dawkins in Denver). Potts isn't Harrell, yet. Although he could grow to be better. At 6' 5'' 215, he's more a physical specimen and has a cannon arm, but at this point in his progression lacks the touch that Harrell had through last season. Should be a fun game to watch. But, as I said, I'm keeping expectations low. And yes, after watching Houston against OSU, I'm a little worried about playing them in Week 4.

| We bawlin boi! | Jacory Harris from Miami is really really impressive. Kid is just a sophomore, and about 100x more skilled/poised than Terrelle Pryor. Edit: LOL Crabtree on at halftime asking Dr Lou advice about agents. If he didnt look completely clueless before he sure as hell does now asking Dr. Lou, rofl.

| The Orange Bowl was torn down over a year ago. They are building the new Marlins baseball stadium in its place. The Marlins, Dolphins, and Hurricanes all share the same field...and the infield dirt stays there until the Marlins' season is over. |

| Miami is lookin mighty fine, but how legit of teams can we make FSU and GT to be? FSU barely won over Jacksonville St. (Al), and GT has one of the worse pass-protection defenses in the country. I can say they have a quarterback for the future and tons of freshman/sophomores to build on. The next two games will prove what kind of team they are, going on the road against Virginia Tech and then hosting Oklahoma. If they can come out of their first four game 4-0, you will see them inside the top 5. Georgia Tech needs to address serious questions about their defense. I found 2-3 defenders chasing around the quarterback instead of staying in their lanes for easy gains for Miami. They came otu extremely slow and couldn't get out of the same funk that came over them against Clemson after almost blowing a 24-point lead. It will be interesting to see if they can pull themselves together to stay alive in the ACC.

+10 Internets | This is probably just nitpicking your post, but top 5 would be a joke IF Miami went 4-0 to start this season. Four ranked opponents, including two "contenders" ? There are plenty of arguments to place them #1 IF they can do it. But they won't, so let's not dwell on the subject. |
