Jones will have to prove malicious intent on the part of ESPN and ESPN will have to prove the truthfulness of the information. Jones' probationary status with the Cowboys...and other contractual leeway...might protect them from any part of the suit. But if what ESPN told the Cowboys was false and lead to the Cowboys decision to cut Jones, Jones should get a settlement from ESPN for defamation.

Baltimore got away with one there. Tennessee should start burning their timeouts now. That's when the runner should've just dropped to the ground to keep the clock running.

Why is Tennessee not using their timeouts? I don't understand this. They just wasted a good 40 seconds.

Well Tennessee had some horrible clock management there. It's much better to have an extra 40 seconds with no timeouts, then to lose that time with 1 timeout remaining.

That is all she wrote. The extremely overrated Titans team goes down in their first playoff game like everyone predicted.

Same as 2000. We dominate the game and lose to the Ravens at home. CJ gets hurt, we turn it over 3 times inside the 30, miss a fieldgoal, commit 15 penalties, and basically waste a great fucking season. Awesome.

Given their performance I wouldnt call them overrated by any means, they played pretty well outside of their errors and had a shot overcoming 3 turnovers. Their own mistakes outweighed anything else like the blown delay of game call though.

Baltimore was held to 211 yards. I'd say Tennessee's defense held up their end of the bargain.

That sums it up. Losing Chris Johnson changed the game. Then they killed themselves with the particularly untimely turnovers and the ridiculous amounts of penalties.

Chargers or Steelers - don't care who, bring em on.

When the simulations put the #1 seed as an UNDERDOG at home, which is what the Titans were, you are an overrated team.

The way you prove that you didn't deserve to be the underdog as a #1 seed at home is to actually win the game which they failed to do. All that does is confirm what all of us knew all along. The Titans were not as good as their record indicated, and were an overrated team that got exposed in the playoffs.

Yes, exposed by giving the ball away 3 times and... losing by 3.

It doesn't matter how much you lose by.

Tenn completely gave that game away. They dominated that shit in every phase. I dont know the hell in a play off game you dont have to hands on the damned ball when you have people around you like that.

Tenn sealed their own fate. Ravens had no business winning that game, but they did. They move on.

Titans are, they dominated that game. They just didnt do what they were supposed to do. They were the better team they just didnt win. It happens alot in football. Them 2 fumbles were brutal. The ball carries on both of them plays did NOT cover up like they were supposed too. Especially in traffic.

Titans are a damned good team. They should have won, but they didnt.

Titans were Vegas favorites. Ravens were the simulated favorites 52% to 47%. As the simulations are typically more accurate then Vegas, I tend to use their favorites instead of the Vegas favorite.

Once again, it proved to be true. There is something wrong if you are the #1 seed and you are the predicted underdog at home. The Titans were overrated, and they got exposed. The Ravens were the better team, and they get to move on.

You'd be right if they lost because they played like shit. They lost because of mistakes. In the 1st half they did everything they were supposed to do. Controlled the ball, ran well, passed well. Just costly mistakes.
