Pumped my squats up to 225 for 4 today, that felt pretty good to finally hit the 2 plate mark. Still not great, but always a good morale boost to hit that point.

Sure, I'll need to find a camera but I'd be happy to. And having the best physique on FOH isn't all that impressive, but in real life or in the gym I go to I'm far from being the biggest or most impressive. I go to the NYSC by my house, and theres guys that are 6'5 solid 320lbs. Doesn't take long to make me feel small when they're 3rd warm up set is my max. And I don't toot my own horn, 3 months ago I was fat as shit and probably around 15 or 16% BF due to slacking off in training and eating like crap.

Lmao, that wasn't me, but I agree with Warrian. You hold MUCH less muscle, and are about 2% higher bodyfat than Terrell Owens...yet you claim 10lbs heavier at 2 inches shorter.

I didn't think it was you, and I don't mind haha. If I wanted to E-stats you, I woulda claimed 5% BF and 30lbs heavier. And I told you I was 2% more BF if not more a few posts back. Lastly, I apologize for not being as muscular as a 12 year NFL pro receiver at around the same weight =X.

I maxed out my bench at 185 lbs. with someone spotting me... totally fucked my shoulders and elbows some how. I have an MRI coming up cause the doctor is concerned. I haven't gone in nearly 3 weeks. This blows.

It is just the stats you claim that are the issue. Here is another example. Arnold is 6'2'', he used to compete at 230-235. Back then, bodybuilders capped out at around 5% bodyfat for competition.

So he has ONLY 15 or so pounds of muscle on you? LOL. You are likely around 210. Which I'd believe.
