It's sorta real. He jumped "over" the car, but if he wouldn't have jumped the car wouldn't have hit him because it passed beside him, not under him. He still cleared everything if he would've actually did the stunt though.

Looks fake to me. Reminds me of Han Solo walking over Jabba's tail in the newer version of Star Wars; they both have this weird blurry quality to them, Han when he's rising above the tail and Kobe near the peak of his jump.

That's an old trick. He's in front of the vehicle(towards the camera), watch his shadow as the car passes, it falls on the passenger side.

Looks like 100% green screen to me.

I'm 7 inches shorter than Kobe, and the distance between my heels and knees is about 20 inches. How big are those rims supposed to be?

Kobe's toes do appear to be closer to the camera than the car's tire, but that should also make his lower leg appear to be taller than the car's tire.
