| Now that Euro is over...we can head back to the EPL thread and start discussing these transfer rumors. What an off season so far...I can't remember it being this dramatic for years. Was it like this last year? Players demanding higher salaries or they'd leave? |

However, I'd love to see Arsenal swap Yaya Toure for Alex Hleb. That would make me happy. Probably won't happen, but it would be great.

+7 Internets | Oh man...did we suck or what? What a ridiculous performance of the the german team. The only guy who did a good job was Lehmann. Congratulations Spain, you deserve the title. You have been the better team by all acounts.

| As a German fan I will give mad props to Spain. Torres was unstoppable and Spain really exploited our back line. Germany really hanged in there though but this game really exposed that we have a hard time containing speed. Our back line was awful and our mid-field non existent not to mention Klose disappearing for most of the game. Germany is going to have to really shore up that back line if they want to compete for the World Cup coming up. Its amazing they were able to get so far as both Turkey and Spain exposed us. Unless our youngsters take the next step we are destined to be a good team but not great one. Gomez needs to develop, Lahm needs some help back here, and someone in the midfield needs to step up cause Ballack isn't getting any younger. Congrats to Spain as the best team won that day. |

Group of death definitely wasn't the one with France and Italy... And the Netherlands deserved to go further. The final was a good game. Grats Spain.

| Well done, Spain. They were a fun team to watch. Torres' goal in the final was really inspiring. Basically showing what hard work, determination, and passion for winning gave him that slight edge to plow past his two defenders who shouldn't have let him even touch the ball. That one simple chip over the goalie, and it's a goal. |
