This again? Laughable The Suns are notorious actors, rivaling even the Spurs in that category. The game was called fairly, anyone saying otherwise is full of shit. Basically the Suns made some brilliant shots, but they were tough shots nonetheless, contested with good defense, but they made them. Nash was clutch all the way through. The Spurs on the other hand, 4th quarter and beyond were penetrating at will. Very easy shots in the overtime quarters. Suprisingly, all the Spurs hate has left some of you a bit blinded to one fact. If they (Suns) had Marion, they would have won this game.

| Sorry, no. No team comes close to San Antonio when it comes to that sort of thing. It's not like this discredits their ability or anything. There were no notoriously bad calls, overall it was a good game. Hopefully Shaq and Amare can stay out of foul trouble next game. |

Nash's flop last season, see Horry/playoffs, is one of the main reasons Stoudemire came off the bench. Nash made that seem 10 times worse than it really was.

| Uh Nash got hipchecked right into the table. That wasn't a flop. He's a good flopper no doubt, but that wasn't one of them. And GO HORNETS! CP3 had an amazing game. 35 points, 10 assists, 4 steals, 3 boards, 1 block and only 1 turnover. Not bad for your first playoff game ever.

| Nash flopped like a girl... The funniest part of that whole situation is he's laying on the ground like he got knocked the fuck out and when the scrum starts he jumps up off the ground like someone lit a fire under his ass....

Also, I never said the Suns didn't do it, I just said the Spurs do it more, which they do. There's no stat for flopping, so I'm going to claim the Spurs do it more, you can claim the Suns, and we can keep going back and forth like idiots. It'll be awesome. +2 Internets | Basketball fans are so stupid. Everybody flops. Every player on every team in every game. The NBA allows it to continue and the referees reward doing it often enough to make it worthwhile. It's part of the game. Stop complaining about it or stop watching NBA basketball. The Spurs are under no obligation to arbitrarily hinder themselves out of some ridiculous fan-invented notion of sportsmanship. They play to win, like every team should. The team you root for flops and whines just as much as the Spurs do, you just don't notice it because it's the team you're rooting for. I'm not a Spurs fan.

| I dont care for the Spurs and i dont hate Tim Duncan (best PF to ever play the game) but everyone flops and moans. Some more then others. ITs the ref's job to keep it under control. |

| I hate the Spurs (especially Ginobili) and think Duncan is the whiniest player ever, but I still recognize that they're a good team. You don't put up 40, 15, and 3 blocks without having some serious skills. If Duncan would stop complaining about every foul called on him and Ginobili would stop flopping, I would (probably) have no problem with them. With that said, I'm glad the Hornets won. I have a man-crush on Chris Paul, but I love Mark Cuban. I'm kinda torn. I also want the Celtics to win so KG and Ray Allen can get rings. Argh, so confusing! |

| I don't mind seeing the Lakers or Hornets in the Finals. I think they can both make it. I really wish KG and Ray could get rings without being in Boston. It really just has to do with the fans of Boston teams. I really hate flopping, and I don't like the Spurs much because they they flop, Bruce Bowen is dirty, Duncan is whiny, and I like to be excited during the Finals instead of being put to sleep by their style of play. |

+20 Internets | Rockets played as expected, about 2 quarters of the game... GG meaningless homecourt advantage. How about the Kurt Thomas pick where his own player ran into him and they called the foul on Suns? Yeah that shit was ridiculous. Anyway the Suns fouled their way out of the game like this. Shaq playing D with 5 fouls is hardly playing D, if Amare hadn't fouled out I liked the Suns winning. The Duncan play was amazing and is exactly the reason I don't pick against the Spurs in the playoffs

Lakers-Celtics finals is the leagues dream. Its interesting how the biggest trades over the last year have led to that being very possible. Conspiracy theorists might say the league did have a hand in the trades. Cause the T-Wolves could have gotten more for Garnett and Memphis could have gotten a LOT more for Gasol. But it probably just worked out this way due to McHale's ties to Boston and Jerry Wests Laker-Memphis connection. | |
