I'm just happy I might be able to watch them on TV again next year. Because they are actually a pretty exciting team to watch when they're playing all out (i.e. at home). It'd been 9 years since they were on a nationally televised game. Hard to keep interest in the sport when the only contact you have with your favorite team is looking at scorelines and highlights.

The only thing to take from the Boston game was that they're still the best defensive team in the league and and as long as you don't leave Ray Allen on Joe Johnson all game, everything works out fine.

Spurs came out flat, and they ended the game playing flat.

If it werent for Bowen going nuts in the 1st half, the score would have been even more lopsided. Hopefully they can get up for Game 2, I really dont want them down 0-2 going home.

For Boston to lose to the perennial East cellar dweller, a team that -- no offense -- has been the laughing stock of the NBA for at least a decade now. Just, wow. I cannot WAIT for game seven.
Hey now, I know we just got buttraped in game 7, but the Hawks are way better than the Bobcats! We USED to be the laughing stock of the NBA!

Miami Heat are laughing stock of the NBA, especially after winning a championship two years ago.

I don't hate the Pistons that much, but they are boring. No real flashy superstars. Sure it gets the job done.. but it's not entertaining. Spurs are the same damn way. Sure you get the rare Tony Parker lay up, but woo.. hold me back!

Spurs-Pistons Finals would be snooze-inducing to the extreme. In fact, I wouldn't even watch it.

I don't ever want to count the Spurs out, but man are the Hornets taking them to school. They need to get back to SA badly (at least they better hope that's a problem).

Spurs are just looking old and slow right now. Duncan tries to do all his post moves and he gets nowhere anymore and has to settle for a long jumpshot or long hook. I dont expect the Spurs to just hang it up, but they are looking slow.
