Astros are hot! If they would stop being so damn streaky they could easily lock 1st place. Been a really fun season to watch thus far though!

Was at the Cardinal game to watch Izzy blow another one in the eighth... in the rain. I come home and get to see Jim Edmonds wearing cubbie blue.

I might have to drink myself into forgetting about baseball for a while.

Oh come on man, that Cards team should have no right being anywhere near a playoff spot at the end of the year, if they can be a .500 team you should be thrilled.

Thats what they said going into '04 also. I don't honestly expect anything substantial from them this year, but it sure was fun while they were playing good ball.

It must be nice to have real production from the ss/2b positions.

Cincy's 5 game win streak has pulled them up into a dead heat for last place. Can Cincy make it 6 in a row and pull themselves within half of a game of the coveted preantepenultimate spot in the NL central?

Another notch for instant replay on home runs in baseball....I mean, hoenstly, it wasn't even close. The ball was fair by well over a foot.

AND ANOTHER MISSED HOME RUN CALL!!! Seriously, three in a week? Time for some replay bullshit because these guys are fucking pathetic. Are they even looking at the baseball when they make these calls? If the guys up in the fucking booth can make the right call how can these bastards down on the field miss it so badly?
