| I'm a Giants fan, so I'm supposed to be anti-Dodgers. And I am. But more than anything right now, I'm anti-Boston. If the Dodgers ended up facing the Sox in the series and beating them (obviously still a long ways off, who knows), it would be bitter sweet knowing how much losing to Torre, Manny, and Nomar would make Sox fans squirm. It'd be pretty damn funny. You know MLB wants to see that series like the NBA wanted to see Lakers-Celtics. For now though, I think I'll root for the Phillies overall =p Gogo Pedro Feliz and Joe Blanton! Oh and Bay Area boys J-Roll and Pat Burrell. Yeah, I'm lookin for any reason to root for somebody, hard to get into these playoffs right now. |

| Wow.. Cubs are fucking done. Good. And fuck the White Sox too. LA-Boston series would be sweet as pie. Tampa-Philly series would be dull as shit.

| A Bearded Gnome | FOX would love to run with Torre/Manny vs the Red Sox.

Anyways, he has 2 homers in 2 play off games. Hopefully they can close out the series tomorrow night.

+49 Internets | Haha anyone catch the look on the fan's faces when Youkalis made that backhanded catch over the photographer pit in the bottom of the 9th? It was like stunned disbelief he actually made the catch. But he is Youk! Dude is like a fucking 1-man baseball team sometimes.

| Registered User | It's amazing how the Red Sox can have everyone on the team make huge clutch plays at any time. It's Bay's first post-season and he has hit a homer in each of the first two games, then you have Drew with 4 games played in the past 6 weeks and he slams a homer for the win. Then you have Youk, Pedroia and Ellsbury that can make mind-blowing plays on offense and defense, it's always exciting to watch. A shame Daisuke couldn't get his 19th win... but he's still undefeated on the road! |

(For the record, I still detest Manny and his overactive ego, and unless he is willing to admit he's stupid, his exile from the Red Sox is justly deserved, despite how politically reprehensible the management handled the situation.) | |
