| Someone should start a new thread, Imma get in on it with my only forms of exercise being DDR and push ups... I need to work on improving my eating habits more than my exercise habits, though. If this thread isn't restarted until after spring break, I will have 9 hours of PE -Swimming, dancing, weight lifting- a week, supported by 15 hours of DDR a week. |

| Back from spring break, pics as promised. Im actually very surprised by the results so far. Abs are starting to become noticeable and arms are definitely bigger. I'm surprised because I never made it to the gym and outside of push-ups and situps random nights, my only weight lifting was two or three ghetto work outs in my apartment (filled my book bag with books and did push ups, used my coffee table+book bag for squats, and other things that are probably bad to be doing) starting out about a week and a half ago. Other than that I did cardio every other day on my exercise bike and my last 7 cardio days I did the "guerilla" work out mentioned earlier in the thread, which I think had the greatest effect (which it should since it was some of the worst 4-8 minute periods of my life). 1 before and 2 after: |

| Okay, what do you all do for upper tricep work? On tricep days I do flat bench, skull crushers, standing pulldowns and overhead pulldowns, but the upper portion (closer to my shoulder) of my triceps never seems to get a decent workout. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but it always seems like the workout is concentrated too much on the lower end. |

+7 Internets | I haven't stopped doing my 1 hour bicycle sessions in the gym every weekday, plus the climbing / bouldering starts to show results. Still got a long way to go, but sometime next summer I should be done...

| Ehh I pussied out last time because of my crazy ass schedule, but I'm actually on a reasonable schedule these days so I'll give it another go. Plus, I'm moving in a few months and who wants to be the fat guy in a new city? Anyhow, basically looking to drop 20lbs or so over the next 3 months. ![]() |

| Haha, hell yea, I'll be down for this. I've actually got some time to get to a gym and shit this time. Plus, I'm getting divorced and will be single again soon, so I need to get this body back into shape. Let us know when to start and shit and I'll get pics ready.

| I'd be down. What sort of time frame is the goal, 4 weeks again? I'm starting a fairly heavy training/diet regimen in a few days and wouldn't mind doing the competition at the same time.
