Probably not a question for FOH but does anyone know if sex hormone-binding globulin aka SHBG has a rebound like all other hormones in the body when it is suppressed by exogenous factors?

There was a debate on this elsewhere but nobody had a real answer. Most people just assumed it was not a good idea to suppress (with the drug proviron, a high affinity androgen that loves to bind to SHBG). Because you would be screwed with a void of hormones if SHBG did rebound after stopping proviron.

You get a pretty decent workout just doing squad/dead/bench then pullups/rows/cleans or anything of that nature. Hits all the major muscles, and it's what I'm going to do until summer hits. By then I should be a lot better shape and will start focusing my workout more.

I started lifting again about a week ago, and noticed this finally, what a coincidence.

Have a routine of doing 1 night of triceps/chest, 1 night of biceps/back, 1 night of legs/shoulders (abs every night as well), and a day or two of a break here or there to let the muscles rest. I also run a mile twice a week.

I'm too lazy to get a decent picture up here because my only means would be through my shitty ass camera-phone, let's just say I look a little less skinny than smithiy back on page 9.

I'll post an after photo for sheezy though.

This works well. Do your cardio on off days IMO.

I got with my roommate and he normally runs after the biceps and triceps nights, so I just go along with that. I would like to run on the off-days but I just don't have time to get up to the gym (can't really run around my neighborhood atm, too icy.)

Lol, I'm going to lose this competition so bad. I got the privilege of moving my girlfriend to a new apartment complex after work every day so far this week so I get to start a week later! We'll see if I can catch up

Finally broke down and bought some whey protein because the very sight of chicken is making me queasy at this point. Goddamn is this stuff awful, there some secret to not making it taste like chalky ass?

I like to mix it with strawberry fruit2o. I think it tastes pretty good that way, might just be me though.

Body Fortress, only kind they had at Walmart (the only store in my town). It doesn't taste bad I guess, it just doesn't mix well. Maybe a shaker will help.

I've been using ON for like 3-4 years now and 10oz of water in a shaker cup, 10 sec of shaking and it is the consistency of the water.

ON is by far the best in terms of cost and quality, you just can't beat it.
