ESPN the magazine is awesome. I just feel it's a shame that they've ruined all their regular programming.

| Cowboys should be higher. If Pacman gets reinstated then all of last seasons weaknesses will be covered except a good 3rd WR. Plus the new coaching staff is nuts, Garret, Campo, and Houck from the old days coaching the O-line. |

Of course, you also have to figure in the sheer randomness that is the NFC East. Anything goes.

![]() As long as that man is on the field, any coverage scheme run by the Cowboys is suspect at best.

| I've heard rumblings locally that not to be suprised if Roy Williams gets released June 1 or whenever Adam Jones gets reinstated. Move Ken Hamlin to SS, Henry to FS and Jones or Jenkins at CB. They where thinking about moving Henry to safety last year cause of Williams but felt that they didnt have good enough depth at CB to offset everything. |

Wait, I'm trolling, so I'll explain. Seriously, that guy needs to get his head straight. As much as he wants to be Brett Favre, he never will be. Less gunslinger and more thought would be nice.

| They have to wait till after June 1st to do it anyways since it helps with the cap. I dont know what his signing bonus was or how much left they still owe him but basically if they cut him before june 1st they take whatevers left on the signing bonus for this years cap, if they wait till after June 1 they can prorate it on the cap over 2 yrs. Other than all that I agree with you, he sucks. He needs to go, or get less playing time and until he does our secondary will be a question mark with all of the talented and athletic TE's everyone keeps picking up. |

| Romo is a manwhore | Quote:
His mistakes, to me, can be chalked up to the fact that he has only started one and a half seasons. How many guys have won championships that had less than 2 seasons worth of starts under their belt? Big Ben did but his team was pretty stacked to begin with and remember he couldn't do anything with a 15-1 team his first trip to the playoffs. For better or for worse, Romo is our guy for a few more years. I think he can lead us to at least one Super Bowl but this is a team sport. Our loss against the Giants has less to do with him than the sudden breakdown of our O-line in the 4th quarter and Crayton dropping 1 pass and giving up on a gimme route that would have been a TD. Romo did what he could but his teammates weren't there during crunch time. And our defense isn't to blame because they kept getting Romo the ball. Meh, water under the bridge. Moving forward I think we'll see Romo quiet the naysayers. At any rate, I think Williams will get beat out in Training Camp by someone if he doesn't step up. I also think Campo will be the guy to motivate him. He lead the secondary during our top rated defenses of the 90s and he'll do wonders in getting him back into wanting to give a shit again.

| and so it begins... NFL owners opt out of labor agreement In a nutshell, the owners unanimously voted to end the labor agreement this morning. There's a whole new NFL coming. I'm hoping the smaller market teams like my Packers, or the Bills, aren't completely and totally curbstompraped by megatwats Snyder, Jones, Davis, Kraft, et al. I'm worried... |
