Out of the East? Shit, god knows who. I'd like to see the Habs get in there, cause they're typically my second choice after the Oil for no reason other than they're not the fucking Leafs, Canucks, or Flames. I wouldn't mind Pittsburgh either. Who do I think will make it? God knows, the East is wide fucking open. Sens, Habs, Pens, Devils, any of them could make it.

I'd love to see Washington squeak in and go on a run riding Ovechkin's coattails. God I want to see that guy play playoff hockey.

San Jose is tough right now. Anaheim can beat them 4 out of 7 as long as they have Pronger, Getzlaf, Giguere, and Perry back in the line up. Anaheim should have Carter back in the line up saturday too. That kid has turned out to be a pretty good grinder.

My 4 picks are Anaheim and San Jose in the west, Montreal and Pittsburgh in the east.

Sabres become the 3rd team since the start of the expansion era to win the President's Cup and then not make the playoffs the following year. I wasn't expecting much overall, they lost their two best players after all, but still, it sucks.

I'm glad the Flyers decided to catch fire at the end of the season, hopefully it will carry over into the playoffs.
