It's not size dude, you seen Johnny Nitro or whoever the fuck he is? Dude is like, 6'3 220 but he's got like a 12 pack warrior style. Edge was the same way, think back to the attitude era when he was coming up with Christian. He was a skinny little fuck with no muscles. Then all the sudden he got bigger and BAM! started tearing muscles left and right.

When it comes to wrestlers and roids, look at the muscle tears and injuries. They NEVER lie.

Also the steroids are a big thing for recovery quickly. Which would be extremely useful considering the schedules many of these guys are on.

Well, I know for a fact that when Edge/Helms took them, it was completely related to their neck surgery (I believe it's Spinal Fusion or Infusion, can't remember). They took steroids to help them recover for it since its like, a 12-18 recovery time. Chris Benoit also took them for it.
