Michael Vick might get no jail time If you dig deep enough, it seems that Vick might completely avoid jail time. I will post first then give commentary.... The plea agreement is 11 pages long, the summary of facts another 10. But the endgame for Michael Vick can be reduced to one simple goal: Stay out of prison, no matter what the cost. According to federal documents, Vick will cooperate in full with federal prosecutors to tell them everything he knows. To save his hide, he becomes an informant. He may be called a snitch, but aiding federal authorities is the most honorable thing for this disgraced man to do at this late date. It could even be the beginning of his redemption. I actually have no problem with him skipping jail if what he does is for the greater good. You have to realize the government was not after Vick per se... they were after the sport of dog fighting. Vick just offered them a very high profile case to do it in. One thing is for certain, I guarantee no other sport stars and celebrities that were involved before will be any more. The thing is though, Vick's career is shot as it is. He lost his $130 million contract. No going back to get that. The only thing he can hope for in the future is a veteran minimum deal on a team with no hope that desperately needs a quarterback.

Vick will be back in the NFL, not for the same type of money he is making now, but it will still be a nice amount. I'd take him on my team to be a punt/kick returner. He is as fast as Hester with the same or better quicks. But now he has got to watch his back, he could be ratting out some people who don't mind killing a superstar.

LOL that 2nd picture reminds me of the story of the college kids who had a party making fun of black culture. I guess they had fried chicken, collard greens, drank 40s of Old E, few other things as well. The campus went crazy in some ways, made them all have cultural awareness classes and forced them to apologize. Don't want to start a pissing contest on whether it was the right thing of the college to do or not, so I won't say shit. Just that was what I thought when I saw that picture hehe.

Sorry, is....is that a Dallas Cowboys star as your avatar? Yeah... Anyhoo, there's maybe a third of the league that wouldn't touch him after this, the rest of them don't give two shits about it. Though half of those teams that don't care and/or don't need him will pose and posture about how they'd never take a player like him. The rest will happily take him at a discount, talk about how he's fighting for redemption and has found jesus(LIKE GOD'S LINEBACKER!), and milk that motherfucker for all he's worth. And he won't be a kick returner or some other shit if he doesn't do jailtime. He'll be a shitty QB in some new city is all. If he *does* do the 18 months they keep mentioning then he might end up somewhere as a slot receiver or a returner or something.

I think Michael Vick, and all of his supporters are giant douchebags for these reasons: One, his supporters are making the most outrageous claims, "My son's not a bad man! He's a good person! He never did anything wrong!", when it's so painfully obvious he did. Two, Vick is trying to play the "Through this situation, I've found Jesus Christ as my personal Savior" card, to try and get people to lighten up on him, in addition to the "I had no part in this mess ~ Ok I admit to being guilty and involved in this mess" turnover. Three, again, the sheer idiocy of the feedback in his support - "This case wouldn't have caused as big of a stir up that it did if he had killed someone." - NAACP President. I mean come the fuck on, are you serious? I hope he never gets allowed back into the NFL, and gets prison time. Tough shit, kid.

Yet people stand outside the courtroom to show support for vick. Even after he said he didn't do it, now said he did do it. Also what I find funny is he admits to funding the whole operation, the house the dogs, and admitted to helping in the death of 6-8 dogs, but they make a big deal saying that its ok because he didn't make money off the operation. PLEASE DROP THE RACE CARD, k thanks.
