| What an amazing end to the season at the relegation end of the table, all three teams winning! Reading won away at the sheepshaggers 4-0, Birmingham thrashed Blackburn 4-1 at home but Fulham beating Portsmouth 1-0 meant the other two victories meant nothing in the end. Sounds like Scum were lucky to get away with not conceding a penalty earlyish against Wigan and then Scholes not being sent off for what should have been a second yellow but hey, what else is new... edit: hahaha irrelevant anyway, Chelsea concede a late equaliser as I was typing the above.

| I hope Flamini enjoys UEFA cup football because with 1 week to go, getting tossed by Napoli (I believe didn't help). Seriously, it fucking bugs me. He left because Arsenal stalled and didn't win the title, so he goes to an aging team that's arguably in a rebuilding stage. Arsenal basically have a guaranteed champions league spot and Milan is in grave danger of not even making it. I wonder if his contract is signed yet. Oh well, honestly, if he wants to turn down very good to go play in Italy and be the Bayern Munich of 08/09, so be it. |

| He left cause AC Milan offered him better wages. If you knew anything about Arsenal you'd know they have a very concrete wage structure in place, which they've had for years. It's the same reason why Cole left and the only player which theyve made an exception for in recent years was Thierry Henry. Wenger refusing to sign new players in January cost them the title, and we'll see whether his willingness to let big names go over wages hurts them next season. |

Either way, I'm really bitter about his retarded comments. I'm bitter that he refused to sign with Arsenal and actually signed with Milan before the season ended. For that alone, I want Milan to miss out on CL football. I think Roma wins Serie A though. Inter just look like they're crashing at an alarming rate. | |

| ESPNsoccernet - England - Ronaldo admits desire to play in La Liga Cue up the Man U. fans creating effigies for Ronaldo already. Does anyone really think he bolts for Madrid? I don't think they spend the cash on him but if they do, it'll definitely quiet the rumors for Fabregas which makes me cheer. |

| I think if they go off and offer 100 million, Man U have to take it. Is he the best player in the world right now? Undoubtedly. At the same time, think of what you could do with that much money. |

| quoted the wrong person. I agree with you although he seems to be showing a little more indecision then in the past. The only time he showed more was post WC, but that was more out of spite due to everyone in England pretty much wanting him dead. |
