| actually i would put south florida at #1 now. but the problem is consistency in the voters. mandel on cnnsi had SF at 6, OSU 3 last week. now if you read his blog, he's talking about how SF should be ahead of OSU. why? the voters are terrible. if i was voting, i would vote SF 1, OSU 2. but it's fucking stupid to put old 6 at 1 and old 3 at 3. YUP, he's got lsu at 2. awesome job mandel. |

| These Polls are pretty crazy, notables: LSU only drops to #5 and is still in BCS NC hunt, Kentucky Climbs to #8, USC falls even more with a win to #13. USF jumps to #2, Arizona St at #12 receives 1 first place vote. Either way it doesn't really matter it is all going to come down to who can win games and stay undefeated. AP Top 25 1. Ohio State (50) 7-0 1,599 2. South Florida (11) 6-0 1,503 3. Boston College (1) 7-0 1,448 4. Oklahoma (1) 6-1 1,399 5. LSU (1) 6-1 1,331 6. South Carolina 6-1 1,247 7. Oregon 5-1 1,177 8. | All of them are basically what I expected them to be. ASU is a little higher than I expected, but if BC and USF are that high, ASU deserves it as well. They have the gauntlet incoming though. Cal, Oregon, UCLA and USC.

| BCS doesn't really matter right now for any team except for OSU. All of these teams have have hard games/true tests coming up and it will come down to who ever runs the table the rest of the way. |

| We bawlin boi! | Oh well, I think WVU can still make a BCS game if they run the table, and after seeing everyone else play I think we could at least give everyone a game. Slaton needs to hurry up and graduate so we can see more Noel Devine run. Kids gonna be the next Barry if he stays healthy and puts on about 20 lb, which will be easy since hes a true freshman and will get bigger in the next few years. This run against Maryland was $$$ and a preview of what we will get to see.

| We bawlin boi! | It was more tongue-in-cheek than anything =p. I dont want to see Slaton go, but I do want to see more of Devine, or some sets where both of them are on the field.

| We bawlin boi! | Upcoming big games this weekend. #2 South Florida at Rutgers Thursday night could be an upset, which at this point in the season would not be a big surprise anymore. They've been the hunter all season but its much more difficult to be at the top in my opinion, and this is their best shot at losing this year since their other tough games are at home. All Rutgers has is Ray Rice though and USF is very tough against the run, I think they will roll in this game. #18 Auburn at #5 LSU I really hope Les Miles can get them to wipe their memories clean because Auburn has been playing really good football winning 4 in a row and playing some outstanding defense. I still think LSU wins close since they're at home, but if they're not ready to play they could get shocked again. Going to be some hitting in this game, and I love defensive games so it should be fun to watch and special teams will be key. #15 Florida at #8 UK How will UK handle back to back big games? I think they matched up a lot better against LSU than they do against Florida and think Tebow will light them up. Considering UF outplayed LSU for most of that game, I dont think Florida will lose another game the rest of the year and it will start with this week. I know I know South Carolina away later in the year, but I think they're a better football team. Tebow is still the best QB in college football, Woodson looked like ass against South Carolina. #13 USC at Notre Dame I only put this here because how utterly hilarious would it be if USC lost this game? Half of the AP voters would commit seppuku, yet it would still be a lose-lose as the idiots that took their place would now have ammo to talk more about Notre Dame for the rest of the season.

I would really like Auburn to pull out the win, but it is hard to feel good against a pissed off LSU, not to mention the chanes of them dropping two in a row, with the second at home. Ah hell, I'm too nervous, my anxiety will just grow. Especially living down here and having to hear all the smack. | |
