what? osu is a little high at 10. we'll know how good they are if they get through 2/3 of psu, wisc, and michigan. | |

| OSU has a pansy schedule for the first 1/2 of the season. I don't understand why the top big 10 teams wait to play each other till the end of the year. Apparently they haven't figured out that losing in the beginning of the year > losing at the end when it comes to polls. |

| I'm a Florida State fan, since my Dad, aunt, uncle and my sister all went there. I'm happy as long as FSU goes far, and/or the Gators don't! Haha ok, I actually wanted UF to win against OSU because I felt like it was representing the state and they just weren't given any credit in that game(everyone was saying that OSU was gonna blow them out...oops!). I really don't know what to expect out of FSU this year, though. I've been paying more attention to the Dolphins. |

+2 Internets | I'd like FSU to start doing well, actually. As a gator fan I'm a little tired of the "rivalry game" not being what it used to be. Don't get me wrong, it's cool to blow out the noles, but it'd be killer to have another highly ranked UF vs FSU game. As it stands, the LSU vs UF matchup has much greater implications than the FSU game every year. |

| Quote: if you're talking about the past 5 years, then USC is by far #1, but the past decade is 10 years. USC wasn't even in the top 20 in the late 90's. apparently half of ESPN can't count, or dunno what a decade is. actually, 2 of them can count to 10 it seems. | |

but a decade the nod has to go to osu or texas. if you want to talk about homerism, try watching the retards over at espn. you think last year's media blitz hyping osu was bad? wait til usc wins their first few games. it'll be the best team in cfb history.. for the 3rd time? | Lol yeah I meant not disputing that. Sorry for the confusion. I didn't mean you can't examine stats and come up with honest conclusions I just meant it's impossible for a true fan to ever not give at least a little bit of a boost to their team in any discussion. Surely, you can contribute to the discussion but you can't ever truly but your homerism aside. Also, ESPNs USC knob slobbing does get quite tiresome over the years. |
