Well you if you really payed attention you'd have noticed that the first half was not West Virginia football. I dunno what was up with the play calling but it was fucked. Slaton got what? 5 carries the whole half? They threw probably 10 screen passes, a couple right in a row, and it only worked once. It looked like Rich Rod was just fucking around to me.

What happened in the second half when they started to run the ball consistently and stop throwing fucking screen passes? 42 points in two quarters, 200+ rushing yards, and a 25 point win. The first half was no indication of how WVU will play in a real game.

LSU is unbelievable good. Like scary good. Right now, they are my hands down favorite for the national championship with USC being a close 2nd. Great defense, great offense, great special teams, great coaching. They are flat out embarassing a very tough VT defense right now.

I hope to god that scUM doesnt wisen up and fire Llyod Carr. He is the most underachieving coach in college football. He has all of the talent in the midwest lining up to play for him and he cant consistently put together national champion contention team. He also cant beat OSU and UM wont stand for that either. Llyod Carr getting fired could be the best thing to happen to UM football since Bo Schemwhathisface (i cant spell his name).

They won't fire him. He is most certainly leaving at the end of the year. Likely to "spend more time with his family". I guarantee it.

I think VT was/is horribly overrated, they looked awful against ECU last week and got outplayed most of that game. VTs offense is horrible, I mean, incredibly horrible.

Out of anyone Ive seen so far, I think as a complete team Oklahoma looks better than anyone. LSUs defense is good, but, I think their O is pretty meh. Another overrated, South Florida is tied with Auburn 17-17 *at* Auburn and somehow have failed to convert four fucking Auburn turnovers into any points. After how bad they played at home also last week vs KState, meh, Auburn is going to get shitplowed by other SEC teams this year.

Edit: make that 5 turnovers, what the fuck this Alvarado kicker from South Florida is gonna cost them this game. How the fuck do you miss this many field goals? Lucky Auburn jesus christ they should be losing by 20.

He is a born and bred Michigan man and I can't fault him for wanting to go back, but dammit I don't want him to go.

I did forget to mention OU. The Sooners looked great today too. We could possibly have another 3 undefeated team scenario this year (assuming none of them play each other, I'm not a schedule hawk, I dont know). Problems for the BCS yet again.

Jesus, this is why college football is so great. If Wisconsin loses to UNLV, I lose the little bit of big 10 respect I had.

Again, what the fuck South Florida I could have made that last field goal. And how can you say VT has one of the best defenses, they're still basing that shit off last seasons stats--this year their entire team just looks very bad. Eastern Carolina should have beaten VT in their "emotional home opener" at Blacksburg, they blew so many opportunities and had a costly int returned for a td (else vt would have won by 3 points).

Their D looks absolutely solid right now though. Every time someone catches the ball they got 3 or 4 guys swarming it.

UNLV retook the lead 13-12 although there's still almost 8 minutes left.

This Auburn/USF game looks to be headed to OT now.

edit: Let's see if USF can put em out and win this fuckin game right here. I think you need a first as you can't really rely on a shaky kicker like that. WoW, what a shitty fucking spot he got. That was a first.
