| That's just part of the joy of the DH position. Dunno why they can't have a DH position for balloting - it's not like people wanna watch pitchers hit in the all-star game anyway. At least the top vote-getter for an actual First Basemen made it into the game (Justin Morneau - 1,780,118). |

+1 Internets | Get rid of the fucking DH, or have both sides with it. I would love for them to just get rid of it completely. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to be hit in the head with the bat. |

| They should just have a DH position on the years that the game is held in an AL park. Alternate league hosts every year and voila. I'm sure they can find at least one wildcard NL player every other year to play DH.
