if its not true gyno (fatty tissue rather than hard mammary tissue) then something like lipoderm ultra + excercise will help the problem.

if it is true gyno then it comes down to how old you are. if you are under 21ish your body's hormone levels are still fluctuating and will very possibly correct itself on its on. if you're older or you've had this problem for a while you need to get your hands on some estrogen inhibitors like tamoxifen or letrozole. these are pretty tough to get without a prescription but PM me and i'll show you the way.

gyno is a common side effect of steroid use, and the rock's case most likely resulted from roid use during his wrestling years.

Well, no, that would define his chest more. When i used to be a wieghtlifting nut, i would get on the stair stepper for 15 min to start out, then lift for an hour and a half, then when i was done i would go to the track after and run a mile. i did that about 4 -5 times a week for a while. I went from 320 lbs to 222 in about a year. It just takes discpline its hard, i am not going to lie. But if your serious about it, and serious about losing the teets, then you gotta sacrifice.
