+1 Internets | Wrong. The best play ever was where Isaiah Thomas was driving to the hoop in a Jazz/Pistons game, and Karl Malone filled the lane to the block the shot and his elbow hammered Isaiah in the head, splitting it wide open and sending him to the hospital! Now THAT's sadistic! ![]()

| This is for Dis and Kcxiv, revisionist history is not your strong point. Please show me another dirty play Raja Bell has done besides the Kobe play? Now go to you tube and check out Bruce Bowen's greatest hits list. You try to tell me 1 action is a pattern. Bull shit. Keep pretending Kobe wasn't getting away with elbows that whole series, and acted like a saint. You try to tell me that Amare and Diaw were suspended because Nash flopped. Bull shit. Robert Horry fucking slammed Nash who didn't lay there on the ground but got back up into his face as a referee is wrapping his arms around Nash. You try to tell me that the Suns are the Mavericks from Nellie's era. Bull shit. 33 points Spurs first half says they can play defense. You try to tell me that the Lakers got no calls, 92 PF suns to 117 PF Lakers, or 5 foul difference per game? Think that is unreasonable when you have Kwame Brown, Turiaf and Bynum trying to guard Amare? Sorry no, the Lakers simply got outplayed and being the slower team fouled more often. Did bad calls happen of course, but by no means was it rigged. The Lakers suck right now, Kobe needs help from someone like Garnett or Kidd with Bynum playing better. You try to tell me any team would want Bruce Bowen? Bull shit. Not the Suns, not the Sonics, not the Nets, not the Lakers, not the Knicks, not the Kings. The only team I'm confused wants him is the USA basketball team but I figure Colangelo will remedy that quickly. I can't see him and Amare playing on the same court. You try to tell me Nash is a grade A flopper. Bull shit. The maestros of flopping are in the silver and black. Ginobili, aka I'll grab Nash and drag him down getting 3 free throws. Parker, who falls down about 70% of all driving plays. The only flop you saw from the Suns last night was Bell's very pathetic acting. Yeah I fucking beg to differ that Nash is acting. He splits open his nose and Parker goes on the ground like he just got a concussion. Nash is in constantly getting charges by standing there and taking the hit, he's one of the toughest players in the league. You tell me that Bowens on the Suns would make us a world championship team. Bull shit. The Suns with a fair game 3, and without the travesty of rewarding a cheap shop would have this series won already. The league has let players this entire playoff get off with elbowing people in the face, kicking people in the back of their leg, kneeing them in the nuts, but god forbid you leave the bench and don't do shit. The league could have easily suspended one player for game 5 and the other for game 6, and there is precedent for that. But no lets take out Amare, and his backup. That won't affect the integrity of the game, not at all. So in summation, take the blinders off and realize the Suns are a world class team who people seem shocked when their fans simply want fairness in officiating and league rulings. The team is playing its guts out and is having their championship taken away by people other than the Spurs. FFS lets just have a fair officiating night, without cheap shots and phantom fouls and all players, and let the best team win game 6 and game 7. Lastly, its a testament to Spurs fans loyalty that even after this series they can still claim they're a clean team that just plays hard basketball, never flops or cries. That's loyalty, right Dis? | Manny, Manny, Manny | Honestly, it does not get dirtier then that play. I am not saying the Suns are a dirty team. The Suns are a fun team to watch. I enjoy their style. ITs fun, its fast, and i am amazed at how many 3's they shoot and make. I am just saying that shit happens in sports. Sometimes you get the call, sometimes you dont. YOu have to get over it and move on. |

| There is no internets | LOL, I honestly dont know how to respond to someone who is so wrong in so many ways. Nash is a flopper, has been, nothing has changed, welcome to the NBA. Pheonix doesnt play defense, what fucking team are you watching? Gimme a fucking break. And Nash did act up the hip check, and guess what, his teammates got burned because of it. O WAIT, I CAN USE YOUR LOGIC TOO!!!!oneoe1: Quote:
Defense doesnt win championships? OK how many titles does Pheonix have... Now, how many titles does San Antonio have... Please be more fucking stupid about the NBA though Dark, it is amusing ![]()

The complete Phoenix don't have any serious shortcomings in defense or offense imo and they are (were?) a valid contender for the title. Sure, they are not the best defensive team in the league, but they are not bad either. Sadly, the unfortunate way the series unfolded didn't let them play on even terms in two games so far. | |

Being a contender and being an actual champion is what seperates the Spurs/Pistons from teams like the Mavs/Suns. Granted the Mavs played better defense last year, hence why they got to the title game. This year, not so much. IMO Jazz will have a better shot in the future (if not now) of winning the NBA title than the Suns do. Jazz play solid fundamental basketball, they rebound, and play good team defense. Kinda like you know, the Spurs do?

| Playoffs are quickly becoming boring. The interesting teams are done for. Warriors, Mavs, Lakers, Heat, Bulls, Suns. We are going to have the most boring last 3 series imaginable. Pistons vs Nets/Cavs with the Pistons winning and Spurs/Jazz with the Spurs winning. Spurs will win in 6 and no one will care a week later.
