+34 Internets | I believe I've said it before here, but I agree with knees to the head on the ground but not kicks or stomps to the face. North/South position has become a stalling position for guys doing take downs and failing repeatedly. Knees fix that. Side control is money. |

| Nick Diaz is a fucking pansy. What happened to that guy? He looked like he was in a pillow fight, barely hitting the other guy. I still can't believe the decision outcome for that fight either. The guy is a also a blundering idiot. He can barely put a sentence together. I am not sure which one is more retarded him or his brother. Robbie looked damn good.. glad to see him back. Elite XC puts out a horrible show. The production is complete crap and reminds me of some cheese ball B movie.

I also saw that EliteXC hired Mark Burnet, the survivor guy, to produce a show like TUF for them. Oh I can see the bad reviews now.

| Shogun vs Forrest looks to be an interesting fight. Not being very knowledgable about Shogun (yet knowing he is very good and many expect him to be champ soon), how do those of you who do know him think he will do? My understanding is he was very devastating with stomps, soccer kicks, etc in Pride. These things aren't allowed in UFC. Will this plus the octagon affect him a lot, or should we expect a fucked up Forrest? And, Im gonna be the devil's advocate and put my money on Jardine!

+11 Internets | He's also goot good stand up and is vicious in the clinch(Chute Boxe). His GnP game is pretty damn fierce too. I don't think anyone outside of Fedor is as good at launching himself into someone's guard with a real damaging attack. In theory he should absolutely destroy Forrest, even if Forrest plays it safe. But then, Cro Cop should have destroyed everyone, Big Nog should have plowed through Herring(again). So as in all MMA fights, you just never know.
