+7 Internets | What do you guys think of the Serra/Hughes fight? I'm pretty sure Hughes is going to take it, but he just hasn't looked like himself in his past few fights. The the Sherk/Edgars fight looks like it could be really fun to watch, especially since Sherk has been trying to keep his past few fights standing up. Also, I wanted to remind everyone that UFC 2009 Undisputed comes out on the 19th. It's a must have for any MMA fan that owns a 360 or PS3. There's a thread over here that hasn't seen too much action, but I expect that to change after the release date. There's a demo on Xbox Live and PSN if you guys want to try it before you buy it. I've put more hours into the demo than I have any other game (non-MMO) this year. :P

| Barring some freak KO I can't see Serra beating Hughes. Personally I am not a huge fan of either, but that season of TUF with them as coaches made me just loathe Serra. His constant bitching about how much he hated Hughes got so so so so so old. So I am hoping Hughes beats his ass and then retires. I am pretty sure Hughes knows he can't compete with the top tier talent anymore, and I doubt he would want to hang around and fight mid level fighters. |

| I am not sure he will retire, but I can't ever see him getting another shot at the title. Had he not won that season of TUF he never would have got a title shot in the first place. He may hang around and continue to fight mid level fighters, but I can't see him even being a top 5 welterweight again. |

+1 Internets | Hughes & Serra is about as uninteresting a fight as you could possibly put together at this point. It should be a retirement fight for both of them, from the UFC anyways... If they want to follow Tito to what ever shit hole he is promoting now, more power to them. |

+27 Internets | I like Serra and hate Hughes, but I really don't know who will win. I think Hughes has the better skill set, but Serra isn't as washed up. I hope Serra fucks him up and we never have to hear from Hughes again.

+5 Internets | man, how can you not like the hughes serra rivalry. i've been waiting for this since TUF and was really disapointed they couldn't fight but glad GSP rocked him. I'm not sure how competitive serra can be still, but hope he beats hughes.
