+11 Internets | Kharitonov vs. Mighty Mo at Dream 6 now. Should be a nice test of Sergei's stand up if he doesn't take it to the ground. That is really shaping up in to a nice show. Too bad for the fighters that the Japanese orgs tend to put together so many last minute fights.

+24 Internets | If Lesnar does extremely well at HW, once they get enough they'll probably split the divisions. But where will they split them? Who knows. If they just do it at 265 or even 250, people like Brock could easily lower their weight to that much, and there's not a lot of fighters above that.

+2 Internets | So Parysian is out for tomorrow with a back injury apparently, and since it is so late they don't have time to find a fighter for Yoshida. - UFC 88: KARO PARISYAN OUT WITH LATE BACK INJURY - MMA WEEKLY - Mixed Martial Arts & UFC News, Photos, Rankings & more Also Thiago Silva has to pull out of his fight with Machida. Curious to see if they can find a solid replacement before the event. - THIAGO SILVA OUT OF UFC 89 FIGHT WITH MACHIDA - MMA WEEKLY - Mixed Martial Arts & UFC News, Photos, Rankings & more |

Also, is it bad that I dislike Karo so much as a person that as soon as I found out he pulled out with a back injury I thought "he's faking!"? Can't be healthy.

+22 Internets | Randy Mir Nog Are much more tallented than him when it comes to skill besides size/strength right now. They need to break down the HW to three divisions 225/245/265 imo. Brock Lesnar has the ability to dominate right now, thats only because 80% of the to HW weigh in around 235 average. He really reminds me of a Tito but bigger with maybe even less ground skills. If he wins it will mean nothing.

Brock Lesnar may be an incredible athlete for his size, but he's definitely not unique. As the UFC/MMA gets bigger more top athletes his size will join, and then we can see the HW division split. Until then we may see Brock Lesnar, or someone like him, dominate a bunch of 235 pounders. The whole MMA idea is, after all, seeing whose technique is better, and if Brock's technique is to be huge, strong and fast, who is to say that he is wrong?
