Yeah, was actually starting to worry a little after I didn't see him move for a while. That was a serious ass kicking.

Yeah, that was a sweet transition to submission. Really enjoyed the Gouveia/Reljic fight too.

He really shouldn't move up to the next weight class either.

Holy shit I thought Lyoto was gonna lose it at the end. After pretty much tooling Tito the rest of the fight.

How did Sherk think he was doing good in the standup? He actually said in the interview he stayed with it cause he thought he was doing good. wtf I say.

I'm a little confused about Lyoto Machida's name. Machida is a semi-common Japanese name, yet it's pronounced "Muh-SHEE-duh" and not "MAH-chee-dah." I wonder if that's Portuguese influence at work and he goes by that in his home country, or if its an Americanized pronunciation.

It's just bad pronunciation state-side. Brazil has the most Japanese outside of Japan; they generally stay pretty close to true on the language.

Wanderlei still has bricks in his hands. Thank god.

The fans needed a sign. Wanderlei did exactly what he said he was going to do in the pre-fight. Amazing. How many times does a fighter do exactly what he says (especially when it sounds like hype)?

Did he get KO of the night? Does anyone know who got it?
