It was a great free card. Lots of surprising upsets. Nate looked great, and although he is retarded when he talks, only being 22 years old that kid has a future ahead of him assuming he can stay out of trouble. I thought Lauzon would do a lot better than he did, but it was still a great fight.

And yeah, Mazigatti seems to be taking the "early stoppage douchebag ref" title away from Herb.

The Houston stoppage was the right call. He was out and had somebody banging on him while he was out. The ref had no choice.

I think the Karo fight should have continued. If you look at when he fell on his back after the Knee he still had his hands up in front of his head, showing he had control of his extremities.

Last night was one of the better events I've seen in a while. Every fight was solid and entertaining.

On a side note, this season's Ultimate Fighter looks to be pretty good. Predictions?

Haven't seen all the fighters yet. Should be funny though because both Forrest and Rampage are funny guys.

Last nigh was like watching the MMA version of Mystery Science Theater.

Alexander looked like he was out for a second there. I mean it looks like he went stiff and didn't even attempt to protect himself, but he recovered very quickly after that. Karo absolutely crumpled when he took that knee, don't see what he was complaining about.
