It's a derailed tank from Desert Storm. Often times, they'll pull the master pin from the tracking to keep the public from trying to run it again. It's just placed on top.

I sometimes troll their website from time to time. If you sift through all the leet speak and fart jokes you'll actually come across some really funny shit.

Oh, and if you haven't read Fansy's web site at least once (yes, it is very, very old) do yourself a favor and give it a quick once over. First time I read that I was laughing for about an hour. That guy has some good humor.

If I remember right before he made Fansy, the guy was a enchanter named Banisher on the Rathe server.

Banisher was a EC tunnel rat, would spend all day running between first torch and shady selling crap and goofing around. Think he had a reputation for being a really crappy chanter ;p
