I agree that the dispatcher/officer who handled the call was terribly out of line. However I find it odd that the girl calls back with the same attitude and tries to continue the fight; wouldn't one think that with her father on the floor having a seizure maybe she'd just put aside that anger and save it for once the ambulance comes?

I agree that the officer should be fired for his complete unprofessionalism and attitude. Someone's life was on the line and he should have asked her what the situation was.
