Ok. Granted she was dumb as fuck and was mouthing off and kicked off a shoe, which judging by that video MAY have gone far enough to hit one of them in the shin, it definitely did not justify the responding assault. That guy has no business being in law enforcement. I have quite a few friends that are on the force and used to go on ride alongs with them. I've seen women throw beer bottles at them, guys take swings at them, drunks run them over trying to get away and not ONCE have I ever seen any of them respond with that kind of force. So I don't see how you think a teenage girl deserved that.

I may agree BUT you have to be smart in all situations and expect the worst in any human that has the power of a gun over you.

Once someone holds weapons against you all rules get thrown out the book imho. There is no good or bad it is just survival.
Survival when dealing with the cops is shut the fuck up,and do everything they say. I'm not saying that will always work ,but your chances are much higher if you don't instigate the bull.
