Are you fucking kidding me? He asked her nicely a bunch of times, then warned her a bunch of times, and finally reacted out of surprise and pain after being bit. He has a pretty good amount of self control doing what he did, I'm pretty sure I would have thrown in a couple more punches for good measure. Especially after all that screming and then her biting me ?

I just wonder why the heinous crime of a tiny 15 year old girl breaking curfew warrants subduing and restraint in the first place. Yeah, after all the fighting he was pretty much going to get his way.. but jfc, whenever I would get caught out after curfew I got told to head on home, not bent over a car and handcuffed.

Yeah, I don't think the officer did anything wrong, but getting arrested for breaking curfew? That doesn't seem right. Is there a strikes thing for curfew, like break it 3 times, THEN you get arrested? I just think handcuffing a 15 year-old for breaking curfew seems a bit much.

Chill out dude. I have no idea what she was doing and neither do you. Having said that, she could have just been out with some friends, or she could have been selling drugs. I'm unsure about the curfew law, but I understand its purpose. Couldn't he just have asked her to get in the car to take her home without handcuffing her? Maybe we don't have enough information about what happened before etc., but it just didn't sit right with me.
