I'm glad something came of that video. I wish the officer's name was made public. People who thrive upon preying on the weak, who depend on secrecy to fulfill themselves need to be made publicly humiliated.

In this age of information, bad cops should have their buddies, children, parents and wives know that they are bad cops.
