Never seen The Good, The Bad & The Ugly. I hated westerns when I was a kid. I grew up with the A Team and Steven Seagal.

I loved Young Guns, Tombstone, El Dorado and Deadwood... so maybe my taste has changed. Also, as far as music goes, I didn't listen to anything besides Metal from when I was around 6 to 18.

Anybody hear about this? Apparently Dave Chappelle broke the record for longest stand-up at the Laugh Factory a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone who bought a ticket to the Laugh Factory on Sunday night ended up getting two surprises.

The first came when Dave Chappelle appeared onstage at 10:36 p.m. for an unannounced set. The second shocker: Chappelle kept telling jokes until 4:43 the next morning--- making his entire set a whopping six hours and seven minutes.

That's the longest performance by any comedian in the the 28-year history of the Laugh Factory, according to founder Jamie Masada.

Man, what I wouldn't give for a video of that stand-up, or even just clips of it. And since this is the video thread, here's an interview with Conan, old, but I hadn't seen it, funny as hell.

You'd prolly remember this movie then. Last year the Oscars gave Morricone a lifetime achievement award, since the academy couldn't bring themselves to vote for him over their drinking pals in LA. But he's prolly tied with Gyorgi Ligeti for the best score ever composed for cinema.

Metallica has been using the Extacy of Gold for a long time as an opener to their shows, usually coupled with Blackened. It's kind of amazing. Kind of really amazing.

God I wish I could travel back in time like 18 years and see them once more.
