Nope.

Unless I don't understand it correctly, he spends 30 minutes loading on all the rubber bands, then the mechanism goes through them all in 30 seconds or whatever by releasing them at staged intervals. If he built it a certain way he could probably just have it release the rubber bands all at once =D
