Didn't want to post this elsewhere, but could anyone help me pinpoint why suddenly a month or two ago my PC stopped playing sound in flash/online videos (such as google video)? Quicktime videos do play sound, but none others do. I may have installed a codec at some point that fucked something up, but I don't know.

Any help appreciated!

Just happened to me. Clear all cookies, history, and offline files then in the advanced tab in internet options hit restore defaults. Then go to macromedia.com and reinstall flash. Worked for me.

Yeah.

There's a lot of intermediate steps between ordering someone to do something and shooting them with your gun.

Assuming that cop is equipped, he could pepper spray->electrocute->Shootgun(assuming he didn't want to do anything that required physical prowess over a drunken guy larger than he is, otherwise he could just beat him with his nightstick).

But yeah, shooting his tires would've worked well on those dirt roads.

Didn't work, but I appreciate the help.

I've narrowed down the problem to flash media players. Homestarrunner and google video (as well as youtube) don't play audio for me. I've tried reinstalling codecs and all kinds of crap. =(
