I haven't seen one yet that's even close.

A) That video definitely has frames dropped from it.

B) I've trained with people that are legitimately that fast, without any frames having to be dropped. One of them is 81 years old.

C) Little-known fact: They actually had to film Bruce Lee at a higher than normal speed so that his moves would be slowed down enough that people could reasonably follow what he was doing. I've seen raw, unedited, normal-speed footage of Bruce sparring with someone. He was even faster than he appeared to be in his films.
