Its not about 'not being able to handel her', it's about how easy it is to sue a cop for excessive force when he decides how to restrain her. Using a taser is a sure-fire way NOT to get sued.

That WWF don't do this at home one is just bad. I want to know what happened to that kid, if he just bruised his spine or if he is blowing in tubes to move his wheelchair or dead or what.

Whats worse is how his friends don't want to come to grips that they just made him into a quadroplegic. Then roll him over probably causing even more damage. I expected it was going to be a broken arm or leg at worst heh.
