I think the only thing sillier than a player making a fuss over loot, is how quickly friends in EQ can turn on each other and spend months(litterally) ridiculing them if they leave in bad sorts.

Not that I know anything about this situation, but it does happen a lot.

Bonds made in EQ are bonds easily broken.

The answer to why shit like this happens is that the game is loot centric. And there is not enough loot to go around. And, people put up with it, because being cool and uber was enough so that even tho the game sucked, people still played.

Well, being cool and uber isn't enough anymore, the game needs to be fun again...good luck on that after all your illusions of the game have been dispelled.

I actually logged back on with both of my toons to raid again the other day. What did they have me do cause I showed up late? I was trying to find some dipshit's corpse that couldn't tell me for the life of him where to find it. This guy was level 64 same as me. Fun. Then, I find out where they are without any of their fucking help, only to 10 minutes later be trained by some fucking cocksuckers. Fun.

I haven't logged back on since.
