What can you folks do with this picture?

Found this lying around the house this morning. Nearly broke a gut laughing so hard. I'm curious as to what you boys can do to such a fine individual.

P.S. This is my father, during his weight-loss period. It is about 6yrs old, and he has since lost about 50 pounds and chopped the mop off his head.

Does your dad often disappear into the shed for weeks at a time, then come back shouting "Ted Kazinsky(sp) never matched this shit!"

Ted Kazinsky's nephew goes to my school :/ He lives in my dorm building.
