Loftish was definitely banned. I saw a "Loftish - Reborn" board name browsing the forums yesterday.

Just remember that everyone hasn't been playing or browsing the boards since 99.

So lets say that Shinerbok just started looking at the boards 4 months ago. I'm sure he didnt read all the pages of the forums. Some things are new to people =\
