I really don't think that MS Paint supports that resolution. If it did making that illustration would be possible.

Wow, thought I made it clear earlier. NO I didn't make it in MSPaint. Much love to anyone skilled enough to figure out how to make MSpaint have a higher resolution and then use its crappy tools to make this type of drawing.

It is photoshop! And - this will probably blow your minds - photoshop can be used for more than its KICKASS lensflare effects.

If scratch, did you use a tablet?

No Velmonk, I use the mouse. Here, I'll show you a preliminary drawing.

After I've established the pose I then go in and clean it up. Not for perfect illustrations, mainly for quick character designs. They take an hour each or so to get to the point of the badguy above.

no matter how much I try to flame you for the rest of your stuff, and provided you really did make those drawings, props must be given where they are deserved, and that is some nice work.
