Is this legal?

So I'll admit it, I'm a little bit of a wise ass in class, but I always answer questions, I think teachers like my little antics you know, first day of class it loosens things up.

So this morning I get done with my humanities final and I hand it to the teacher and say "Thanks" he says "Fuck you, you little asshole" I was like god dam, didnt say anyhting and walked away.

Is this shit normal? Ive never had it happen to me and I dont plan on doing anything unless my grade turns out to be bad, there was one kid in the room and he heard it and laughed. So I got a witness in case.

Fucking teachers.

Oh so when you go to school in something that is random pieces of paper glued to construction paper and or oaktag, you are a real winner in life.

well, if its in high school this happens the teacher will almost certianly be fired.. if its in college, i suggest you quietly report it and see if anything can be done

I suggest you bring it up with mommy, uberest. See if she will have one of those sit down parent to teacher conferences.

A real professional wouldn't do that, report his ass. Especially if you feel that he gave you a unjust grade.

No matter how much of an ass you are in class always remember that he works for you. You are paying his salary and he is providing you a service. If you were being disruptive to the class he has all rights to kick your ass out but only because it is distracting the other people he has a contract to perform for.

Technically a teacher can swear in class if it is in context, just the other day during an Evolutionary Theory class my professor dubbed a type of fish "Sneaky Fuckers", but it was in context and the term was actually used in the scientific community so it can slide.

Directing profanity at a student can get him in trouble though, to some people out there its as offensive as him standing up on his desk and pulling his shlong out.

Besides, he is prolly just pissed off about devoting his life to teaching something as homosexual as humanities...
