Not alot you can do. I would suggest talking with the guy who is the head of that department though. He is usually the easyest one to get in touch with. But more or less in a college setting they can do what ever they damn well please. In my past 3 years here at Auburn, i have had two teachers say fuck infront of the class. One was talking directly to a student and told him he should pay the F attention just because he asked a question and the other time was about a month ago my econ teacher was addressing the class about complaints that folks where "disturbing the learning enviroment" or some bull shit like that and he say that if you didnt want to stay then get the F out. He later appoligized though. I would definantly report it if you fail though and request that someone review your test and grades (which they will do if it is an accreditated university) because most places have to keep your grades on file like 4 or 5 years even after your gone.
